- Booking information — property address, tank type, access notes, preferred dates and any special instructions relevant to carrying out the service.
- Payment information — where deposits or payments are taken, we process them via Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our systems.

How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and carry out any service you book with us;
- send you appointment confirmations, service reports, invoices and reminders;
- comply with our legal obligations (for example, keeping records under UK waste regulations);
- improve our service and understand which marketing channels bring us the most useful enquiries.
Legal basis for processing
We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
- Contract — when we process information to deliver a service you have booked with us.
- Legitimate interests — when we send you follow-up service reminders and analyse aggregate website traffic. You can object to legitimate-interest processing at any time.
- Legal obligation — when we retain records to comply with UK waste regulations, tax law or environmental permit conditions.
- Consent — when we set optional cookies or send you marketing that is not directly related to a service you have booked.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum information necessary with:
- Our field teams and subcontractors so they can carry out the service you booked.
- The Environment Agency and licensed waste facilities where required to complete a waste transfer note and dispose of waste lawfully.
- HMRC and Companies House as required by law.
- Payment processors (Stripe) where you make an online payment.
- Cloud infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Google Cloud) hosting our website and CRM.
We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry records — up to 3 years after your last contact with us, so we can help if you get back in touch about the same property.
- Service and booking records — a minimum of 6 years to comply with UK tax and regulatory obligations.
- Waste transfer notes — a minimum of 2 years as required by UK waste regulations.
- Website analytics — anonymised or aggregated after 26 months.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete your information where we have no ongoing lawful reason to keep it;
- object to certain kinds of processing (e.g. direct marketing);
